In the village of Choguita, a Tarahumara women's group recently organized a craft cooperative in order to directly market their handicrafts and avoid the exploitation of middlemen. They named their cooperative "NAJIREMAKA NAKUOPO" ("As Sisters We Will Help Ourselves.")
