Host a dinner for 6 catered by Waterloo Catering's Chef John Bahas, CC

Chef and sous chef will come to you and prepare a 6 course meal for your guests. They will provide a grill to heat and prepare food as well as open and explain wine pairings.

6 courses include:

  • Handmade Gingersnap Cookies with Raspberry Curd
  • Savory Poached shrimp over Waldorf salad and champagne cranberry slaw with black pepper and currant
  • Short rib style pot roast with plum liquor, pepper roasted sweet onion and cabbage
  • Lamb lollipops with bone demy place over savory shredded carrot roasted redskins, spicy chimichurri garnish
  • Classis Bolognese with locally sourced pappardelle pasta from Ohio City
  • Lemon cake with lemon curd and cherry spice gelee
