1. Valid for 12 months from the date of delivery for the amount specified, or as stated on the eGift Card.
2. Non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the eGift Card at the time of voucher purchase. Redemption can be made any Soneva property applicable, and partial redemption is allowed.
3. The recipient consents that Soneva representatives may contact him/her with regard to the redemption for verification purposes.
4. May be combined with other forms of payment. Guest charges in excess of the eGift Card value may be settled with cash or any major credit card.
5. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole, and have no value unless redeemed.
6. Cannot be extended in validity or be refunded.
7. Soneva has the right to reject any expired voucher.
8. Are subject to the following blackout dates: SONEVA FUSHI: 1 Apr to 10 May 2019, 17 Jun to 30 Sep 2019, 15 Oct to 10 Nov 2019, 20 Dec to 12 Jan 2020, 1 Feb to 23 Feb 2020, 1 Apr to 25 Apr 2020, 1 May to 7 May 2020, 24 Jul to 23 Aug 2020, 20 Oct to 1 Nov 2020.
9. The local exchange rate will be used to calculate your eGift Card value, if applicable.
10. Cannot be sold, they are not transferable, and cannot be scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If a Soneva eGift Card is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured and will be deemed invalid.
