*Winner shall be responsible for ANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES ("APA") which are estimated to be $3,000 based on consumption of fuel, dockage, food and drinks. Any unused portion of the APA shall be refunded.

In addition, the winner should ideally tip the five member crew $1500 (10-20% of charter value of $10,000) but is at the winner's discretion.

This cruise must be used by March 30, 2020, and is dependent on yacht availability. Pick-up and drop-off is at Miami Beach Marina (300 Alton Road, Miami Beach). Transportation to and from Miami not included. Maximum 12 guests. Please note package is subject to change.
