The villa is equipped with a full kitchen, a large dining room, flat screens in all bedrooms and living room and a large outdoor patio overlooking a panoramic view of Castle Harbor. This hotel is valued at nearly $3,000 per night! The winning bidder will be able to choose from 1 of 3 weeks awarded to the owner at the end of January 2020.

Restrictions: There is a daily housekeeping fee of $36 per day based on a minimum of 3 guests. Additional guest charge of $12 per person per day. Departure housekeeping fee of $85 and optional 4 person golf cart cost of $240 per week/$40 per day. Winner will be given an option of three weeks to pick from between May 2020 and October 2020.
