Join James Beard Foundation nominee for Outstanding Baker (2017, 2018, & 2019), Greg Wade, for a hands-on baking class for 10 people at Publican Quality Bread. In this 2-hour class, you will have the opportunity to make delicious baked goods such as cornbread, dinner rolls, and biscuits using freshly milled heritage grains. Class will be scheduled with the winner on a Saturday through Tuesday after 3:30 p.m. In addition, as part of this package you will also win a weekend brunch or weekday lunch for 10 at The Publican restaurant! Gather your family, best pals, work crew around the table for an unforgettable brunch or lunch at this esteemed West Loop eatery. Your meal includes one cocktail/cider/beer/wine per legal-aged guest. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays, and lunch is served Monday through Friday.
