Shigeshigetani is an outstanding bull with some of the sot powerful genetics in the Wagyu breed. Shigeshigetani carries the Kumananmi strain which is known for very poweful marbling ability. He is 75% Tajima but still known to produce offspring that are tall with a long body. He is 13% Kedaka and the remaining Hiroshima and other, giving genetics that pass on high marbling, low birth weights, and milking ability, as well. His Dam Suzutani FB 1617, is recognized as one of the "TOP" brood cows in the Wayu breed, being the Dam of the Great Sanjirou FB 2501 as well as Suzutani genetics. Shigeshigetani's progen have been absolutely exceptional. 3800 F1 calves fed 540 days (ADG-2.156 lbs.). 90% graded 9+ on the Australian scale (grading above 12.9 on a numerical scale. Danason is a cow out of the Yojimbo sire, which is a high percentage Tajima bull that boasts the classic sires Fukutsuru 068 and Yasufuku Jr. in his genetics for extreme marbling and low birth weights. On her dam side, she utilizes the amazing Sanjirou for more marbling and meat tenderness and then infuses milking ability with these big name Tajima bulls in her pedigree, and adds the frame size with Kitaguni Jr.
