Auction Rules

Silent Auction
Electronic bidding is designed by GiveSmart. All bidding will be conducted on your smartphone. There will be trained assistants at the Auction to facilitate the use of smartphone or iPad bidding. You can use your device to bid on our silent auction.

Live Auction
Bidding will begin at approximately 5:00 PM. To bid, raise a bid card until acknowledged by the auctioneer. The auctioneer determines set bidding increments on each item offered for sale. An item which does not receive a satisfactory bid may be withdrawn at the discretion of the auctioneer.

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer shall have final and sole authority to determine the successful bidder.

A runner will come to the bidder to request payment information upon close of the bidding for each item. A receipt for each purchase will be furnished to the successful bidder.

Conditions of Sale
All sales are final. Please do not request refunds or exchanges and read the following specifications and limitations carefully.

By participating in the Auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees that neither Frank Ski Kids Foundation nor any individual donor, shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from the purchase, ownership, use or enjoyment of auctioned items and services. All items and property are sold "as is" subject to the conditions and restrictions stipulated by the donors.

Payments must be made in full by credit, debit, or cash the afternoon of the event.
