Do you have a birthday party, anniversary celebration, bridal shower, baby shower, or conference coming up? This is a perfect package for you!!!

The rental is for a 6-hour time span, which includes set up and take down time and not to exceed 50 guests.

Rental Times: Date will depend on availability.

Reservation Times: Sunday between 9am-6pm

Weekdays: Monday-Wednesday between 10am-7pm; Thursday between 10am-4pm

The Landing reserve Friday and Saturday's for wedding, but should one remain open 3 months prior to the date a Friday or Saturday could then be reserved.

Rental Options:

River View Room: Up to 50 Guests (The River View room provides your guests with access to the Landing amenities and the chance to experience plenty of beauty and space. You also have access through the French doors to the large deck area with fantastic river views.)

The Trueworty House: Up to 30 Guests (The main floor of the large house on site is a perfect space for more intimate gatherings or meetings, It is truly a worthy space you will love)

*For alcohol the Landing will require the use of their preferred drink service, Drink Inc. due to liability and service standard. This would be a separate cost and not included in this package. Packaged can be set up with Drink Inc. directly. The Landing does provide glassware for the bar when a drink package is purchased. If you prefer to provide your own non-alcoholic drinks you must provide your own drinkware.

This package includes:

· A 6 hour rental for up to 50 guests

· The use of either The River View Room or The Trueworthy House

· Tables and French cross back chairs

· Set up of table and chairs

· 1 staff member on site

· Major clean up

· Tableware such as plates, utensils, glassware, linens

· Personal decorations
