Sip Rare Mezcal Alongside Oaxacan Fare at Claro, Brooklyn

At Claro, you and a guest will experience chef T.J. Steele's love letter to Oaxacan food and culture. His relationships with craftsmen, artists, mezcaleros, cooks and farmers from the region are the driving force behind his Brooklyn restaurant. The kitchen makes masa, cheese, chorizo, and moles by hand, uses organic and locally sourced meal and produce as much as possible, and stone grinds hand-picked non-GMO heirloom varieties of Mexican corn (called criollo) for its tortillas. You'll spend an evening devouring this genuine and delicious food, while sipping some of the rarest mezcals from Claro's large collection.
