Unlike your typical oven, which slowly heats air to a set temperature to cook (convection cooking), Brava's infrared bulbs directly transfer energy to the ingredients you're cooking, eliminating the need to preheat.

Brava has over 310+ chef-tested and programmed recipes that you can cook at the touch of a button, plus you can choose from different culinary settings from "gentle" to "roasted" or "rare" to "well-done" and beyond the pre-programmed recipes, Brava has the ability to Toast, Reheat, Bake, Sear (which is 7x more powerful than Broil) and Keep Warm. Brava also has an app that streams a live camera feed of your Brava's cooking chamber enabling you to watch your cook from any room in the house and stop your cook remotely.

During and after cooks Brava's external shell stays cool to the touch and Brava's bulbs automatically stop when a programmed recipe has reached its desired temperature or time parameters.
