Fantesca Estate & Winery: Not open to the public, Fantesca encompasses 53 acres in Napa's Spring Mountain District above the historic town of St. Helena. Their cross-shaped wine cave, rumored to be an abandoned silver mine, stretches through Spring Mountain. Winemaker Heidi Peterson Barrett is the only winemaker in the world to receive five perfect 100-point scores from major wine writers.

Cardinale Estate: As you tour their hilltop facility, your host will point out the mountain appellations that come together to create their limited production, Cardinale. Experience a tasting of their current release as well as a library vintage. A selection of artisan small bites will be provided to complement the wines. Winemaker Christopher Carpenter has earned a reputation for taming Napa's mountain tannins and creating legendary Cabernet Sauvignon.

Corra Wines: Corra is not open to the public, but you will experience private access to taste Corra Cabernet Sauvignon, produced in miniscule quantities each year. Strongly favorable reviews of Corra have sent it onto the radar screens of wine collectors both nationally and internationally. Winemaker Celia Welch has been named Food & Wine Magazine's Winemaker of the Year.
