The fall and winter months bring pumpkin picking, cross-country skiing, and amazing color changes.

Bring food, drinks, personal items, and the good times. Renters are to bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags.

Also bring fire wood for the fire pit and/or fireplace. WAYA does not resupply anything during the stay. Each bathroom includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom. Kitchen has 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 garbage bags . . . please plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters:
Guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 per stay, per dog (two dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

Date restrictions:
Stay any three nights before June 1, 2019 or between October 1 and December 31, 2019 . Holidays do not apply.
