*EH Taylor - Bottled in bond at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky. This small batch bourbon is 100 proof with hints of butterscotch, caramel, licorice, and raisins.
*Woodford Double Double Oaked - a special process including an additional 2 yrs aging in fresh charred American oak barrels. Heavier smell of oak with sweet caramel, brown sugar and syrup. Cannot be purchased anywhere but the distillery.
*The Jefferson Experimental Tasting Collection - an extremely small run of experiments in how oak barrels used for aging can influence flavor. You will taste the variances in the wood selection, charing process, and aging environments.
