A guided fly fishing trip on Montana's Missouri River is a definite "must do" for many anglers. Few rivers in the world possess the combination of trophy trout, massive hatches and great dry fly water. While you don't need a guide to fish the Missouri, it certainly speeds up the learning curve for the unfamiliar. Experienced anglers have learned that a knowledgeable Missouri River guide helps them put more and bigger fish in the boat. Besides, guides are fun to spend the day with, and they do all the work for you!

You'll be going with local outfitter Toby Swank, owner of Fins & Feathers, for 2 full day's worth of guided fishing on the Mighty Mo' where you'll have shots at the thousands of fish teeming in the crystal clear tailwater below Hauser Dam near Craig, Montana. Your trip includes lunch and beverages, all the flies and tackle and local transport you'll need to get from Craig to the river and any fishing gear like a spey rod if you want to try your hand with a long stick for the day. Gratuity is not included, remember to tip your guide!
