Glenfiddich Experimental Series - Project XX
The second release in Glenfiddich's Experimental Series is their Project XX expression, which was made not simply by one Malt Master, but 20! 20 Malt Masters were invited to the Glenfiddich distillery and invited them to pick any expression from the thousands of casks maturing in the warehouse. The 20 chosen whiskies were then married by Malt Master Brian Kinsman to create this single malt you see before your eyes. Hooray for teamwork!
Nose: This smells like a bit of a beastie, lots of woody spicy notes, toffee and orange peel. Clearly some serious cask action going on here.
Palate: Lots of wood: cloves, cinnamon and vanilla with tingly wood tannins, all wrapped up with some sweet fudge notes.
Finish: Long and layered, with lingering notes of espresso and dark chocolate.

Whistle Pig Rye Whiskey 3/4
Special limited release rye whiskey ?.. Ohio only
120 proof
Barrel 72384

Four Roses Small Batch Select
#3 on the Whiskey Advocates Top 20 List of 2019
The limited-edition releases from Four Roses are always top-notch, but this bourbon-a permanently available addition to the lineup-proves itself every bit the equal of its rarer brethren.
Made with the distillery's F yeast strain, among others, it has a perfumed nose, with orange blossom, cedar chest, berries, spearmint, tobacco leaves, sassafras, licorice, and layers of earthy spice.
The palate is consistent and deep, with flavors of cherry Coke, cough syrup, orange oil, leathery dark fruit, black pepper, chili flakes, and chocolate, shifting into a minty finish replete with pepper, cinnamon, dark chocolate, cooked berries, and roasted walnuts. Full, rich, and utterly satisfying.

Old Elk
2018 San Francisco International Spirit Competition Gold Winner
The Old Elk recipe includes three quality ingredients - malted barley, rye, and corn. By investing in our bourbon and using four times more malted barley than traditional recipes, the bourbon generates sweet, light components. The malted barley, combined with spicy essence of clove from the rye, and the traditional rich bourbon character from the corn, creates the overall robust taste profile.
Tasting Profile - Best for Sipping Whiskey:
Aroma: Sweet vanilla and caramel, clove spice, slight maple, and nutty almond
Taste: Maple syrup, almond, raw bran, chocolate, deep wood, and coconut
Mouthfeel: Smooth and coating with a lasting flavor
