CIA graduate Stuart Brioza '98 is the chef and owner of not one, but two restaurants that garnered stars in the 2019 Michelin Guide for San Francisco. He graciously offers the winning bidder a dinner for two at both of his Fillmore Street restaurants: State Bird Provisions and The Progress. The dinners include beverages selected by each restaurant's sommelier, and you will be greeted by Chef Brioza himself.

Chef Brioza and partner Nicole Krasinski shared the James Beard Award as Best Chef: West in 2015. Both restaurants were finalists for the Beard Award for Best New Restaurant in America, with State Bird Provisions winning that honor. As his career took off, Chef Brioza was named a Food & Wine Best New Chef and a San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star Chef.

State Bird Provisions is known for its unique and innovative service model of small plates with offerings that change nightly circulating through the dining room for guests to select. And the quality of food and service continue to bring in accolades. The Progress, next door, is a converted old movie house that quickly caught up to its older sibling in the honors and awards: one of Food & Wine's Restaurants of the Year and Esquire's Best New Restaurants in America, Wine Enthusiast Top 100, and the coveted Michelin star.

Restrictions: Valid through 4/19/2020. Does not include tax and gratuity. Reservations required.
