Charming one bedroom cottage at the edge of town in a quiet location. Walk to town to enjoy fabulous restaurants and shopping (just over a half mile), bike to stellar south shore beaches, or just relax and do nothing but soak up the sun and fresh air. The cottage is like new and includes a great room upstairs with kitchen and laundry (including outdoor grill, fireplace, A/C, Wifi, etc)". It sleeps 4 comfortably with one bedroom and bath on the first floor, and an open floor plan (including 2 bunks and a pullout) with kitchenette on the second floor. Bikes, beach equipment, and fishing equipment are all available for use.

Things to do in Nantucket include visiting historic town (restaurants, shopping), beaches (ocean/ sound/ harbor), biking and hiking trails, whaling and sea rescue museums, organic farms, golfing (#1 rated public course Massachusetts 2015), fishing and shell-fishing, and water sports (kayaking and paddle boarding). Approximately 50% of the island is conservation land and is accessible by the public.

Terms and restrictions: The cottage is available anytime throughout the year with the exception of dates falling between June 15 through August 31. However, there may be some flexibility during the black-out period. You can discuss dates and make arrangements for your week's stay directly with the owners of the cottage.
