(The Michigan Football Team is visiting Robben Island during their visit to South Africa in May '19). Winner of the Pulitzer Prize, two World Press Photos of the Year, & the Robert Capa Award for Courage, David Turnley has documented the human condition in more than 75 countries, & is considered to be one of the best Documentary Photographers working today. David is a Tenured Associate Professor at his alma mater, the University of Michigan School of Art and Design, and Residential College.
Illustrations by Jodi Lynn's Emporium of Doodles. Each piece is hand drawn in pen and watercolored by Miss Jodi Lynn. The illustrations are accompanied by an accent wall sculpture crafted with glass enamels on copper. The sculpture shows a hummingbird and butterfly with trumpet flowers in a vertical size so that it may be used as an accent on a thin wall (size of sculpture is 22"H x 10"W).
