Chef Ray Risho of the former Perugia restaurant and his wife and artist, Susie Risho, will prepare for eight guests their succulent, global cuisine, with wine pairings throughout.

Chef Ray Risho, owner of the former Perugia restaurant, and artist Susie Risho, offer this five-course meal, paired with fine wines, for eight guests at their magical A. J. Gibson home on a date in April, May, or June, as selected by the lucky recipient. Chef Risho is the host of the popular "Missouri River Culinary Canoe Trip" and he dedicates his time to the pursuit of cultural and culinary knowledge. This is reflected in the cuisine offered by his sons at their former Missoula establishment, the Silk Road. In past offerings, guests have selected from one of four, globally themed meals to include: Aegean Adventure: Cuisine of the Greek Isles; Sicilian Cuisine: Soul Food of the Mediterranean; North African Passage: Cuisine of Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia; An Evening in Giverny: Dinner at Monet's Table.
