Let's hear it for Nik and Nelda Gerner of Sophie's Farm in Kerhonkson for donating a quarter of one of their naturally raised Red Devon cows. That's about 90 pounds of beef, including rib eye, porterhouse, T-bone, short ribs, filet, stew meat and ground beef, to be picked up from the farm, packaged and ready to go! And you can grill this meat to perfection on a Weber Original Kettle 22-inch Charcoal Grill complete with a 15-pound bag of Cowboy Oak and Hickory Wood Charcoal from Lowes, Highland. Discover how delicious free-range, (no hormones or antibiotics) grass-finished beef can be.
