By bidding on this auction item, you confirm to Porsche and agree that:

• You are over 21 years of age and a resident of the U.S. Any guest participating in a Driving Experience must be 21 years of age.
• You and any guest participating in the Driving Experience are the holder of a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state of your residence.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or representative of Porsche or of any advertising agency or other supplier representing Porsche, and no such person is your immediate family member or a resident of your household.
• You will forfeit use of the Gift Certificate if you do not agree to execute the required paperwork, including a release from liability and consent to use likeness, for participation in a PEC program. Your guest must also sign the required paperwork to participate.
• You and your guest assume all risks associated with participation.
• Any substitution or transfer of the auction prize is prohibited.
