This Fine Art Print on Aluminum is named, "Golden Rays" and measures 18" x 48"

The wide perspective and vivid colors in this fine art print by Jim Hellemn captures the fleeting moments of late afternoon sun dancing across the shallow sandbar in Grand Cayman's North Sound. The Sandbar is one
of the areas in Grand Cayman's North Sound where stingrays have become accustomed to interactions with
people and has become a popular attraction for visitors and locals alike. Strong winter currents cause deep
sand ripples to form and are accentuated by the late afternoon and early morning, sun rays splashing across
the sea floor in an electric dance of light.

Detailed Print Description

This stunning piece of art is both elegant in appearance and unique - the underwater imagery, created by Jim
Hellemn is truly "one-of-a-kind", and the physical presentation is unique in its style and construction. The prints are made in limited numbers - each print is hand-made and hand-signed by the artist. The image is printed to the highest quality fine art standards on moisture and UV resistant materials rated for 130 years
archivability, The Aluminum composite base material is extremely lightweight, yet maintains its rigid shape and smooth line. A substantial UV coating provides a glass-like finish and further protects the print from Ultra Violet rays, lengthening the print's life. The print hangs suspended one inch from the wall on an elegant satinanodized square tube aluminum frame that is recessed 3-5 inches from the edge, so that the print appears to
float off the wall like a thin sheet of glass. The included hanging system ensures that mounting the print on your wall is extremely easy and secure.

Jim Hellemn has made a career out of inventing ways to capture the spectacular colors and details of coral reefs. His images have appeared in National Geographic magazine, the American Museum of Natural History and are featured in several large-scale public attractions.
