Junior Athlete Performance Training: One month of junior performance training classes for you and one of your friends/teammates. Athletes can attend up to three session per week for one month.
The Junior Performance Training Programs instructs boys and girls, ages 10-14, on the skills and strategies to improve their quality of movement. It also addresses the needs of the rapily growing and developing youth athlete for injury prevention and performance enhancement. The program develops the foundation of base athleticism required of your athletes to have success in their athletic careers.
