Tiny bubbles?...are they a good or bad thing to have in your sparkling wines? Find out during a seminar conducted in the Educational Theatre at the New York Kitchen by Lorraine Hems, Certified Sommelier and long-time judge at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. While you enjoy award-winning sparkling wines from around the world, you'll learn about the different ways Champagne and other sparklers are produced. The winner of this fun event will also learn how to saber wine and have the opportunity to open bottles during the seminar! The room can accommodate up to 18 guests and all of the wines are included in this package. This event will take place on a mutually agreed upon date for your group, Lorraine, and the New York Kitchen in Canandaigua, NY.

To get you started, tonight you will receive a methusalem, 6 liter bottle, of Veuve-Clicquot Brut NV from France. Valued at $1,100 you can't go wrong with this full-bodied, non-vintage

Champagne!
