Connie Blade is a physician and long time food enthusiast. As more scientific evidence became available about the important role our gut microbiome has on our physical and mental health, Connie began to study the role the food we eat plays in our microbiome. For the last five years Connie has been fermenting food and brewing her own Kombucha and water kefir. She will share with you both her experience and knowledge about Kombucha and its health benefits.
