Anna Schmidt - Sous Chef of Maple & Pine in Richmond VA. Anna cut her chops at Seasonal Pantry in Washington DC. She then moved on to Sous Chef at Iron Gate in DC, until moving to cook at Maple & Pine.

Clementina Russo - former Chef of Open Door an underground dinner Club. Pastry Chef in 2003 till 2004 in Texas before Graduate school. Once in DC she was CDC of Big Bear cafe, moved on to opening an underground dinner club, Open Door.

Anna Miller -Chef de Party at Reverie restaurant, Anna has had a few great cooking homes, she worked as sous chef at R24 with RJ Cooper, Elle and now at Reverie with Johny Spero.
