Take 11 of your closest friends to Morcilla to learn the intricacies of hog butchering and the different cuts of pork while enjoying food and wine representative of Chef Justin Severino's culinary talent. Chef Justin Severino is a four-time James Beard award nominee for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic and the 2014 winner of FOOD & WINE's Best New Chef Mid-Atlantic. Severino is a skilled whole animal butcher who has developed an extensive charcuterie program, called "The Best Charcuterie Plate in America" by Bon Appetit Magazine last year. You will learn first-hand why his products are the best and hear about the exciting expansion of Salty Pork Bits, the retail and online aspect of this program. He recently closed the highly acclaimed Cure Restaurant to focus more intently on this endeavor.

This highly interactive session, for up to 12 people, will be led by Chef Justin with participation from his staff at Morcilla. Wine and food will be provided. Date will be mutually agreed upon and contingent upon the restaurant schedule of Morcilla. This event will be scheduled at a time that the restaurant is not open.
