Main: Seared Garlic Prawns and Asian Scallops
Steamed Fish with Cilantro and Black Bean Sauce
Side: Fragrant Thai Jasmine Rice
Chef Lin was trained at the International Culinary School (Fuhua Hotel) in Zhongshan, China, and is experienced in Asian and Asian Fusion cuisine. He previously served as Head Chef at the Fuhua Hotel and managed the L and L Restaurants in Waikiki and Ward Center in Honolulu. He also served as Assistant Chef of Coco Cove Waikiki.
