Everybody knows that Elvis Presley is the King of Rock and Roll, but where did his musical influences originate? You and a guest will spend a week visiting iconic sites in Tennessee where country, bluegrass, rockabilly and blues crashed together creating the music that changed the world!

You'll start your tour in "Music City, USA," Nashville, where you'll stay at the Hyatt House near Vanderbilt University for three nights and visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, the storied Ryman Auditorium, the Frist Art Museum and take in a performance at the legendary Grand Ole Opry. You'll then take a leisurely drive one hour south of Nashville through Tennessee horse country for an entertaining tour of the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg.

Follow the music on a short drive west, to Jackson. You'll visit the Legends of Tennessee Music Museum and hear the stories of Jacksonians Carl Perkins, Sonny Boy Williamson and Isaac Burton Tigrett, founder of the Hard Rock Café chain.

Further on the road west you'll arrive at your Memphis home base for the next three days, the famous Peabody Hotel. You'll visit Graceland, the mansion Elvis bought for his mother, and the adjacent museum that houses Elvis' collection of cars, jumpsuits and other memorabilia; Sun Studios, widely considered the birthplace of Rock and Roll; and of course, Stax Records, legendary home of Booker T. & the M.G.s, Isaac Hayes and Otis Redding. You'll also have access to the Memphis Rock and Soul Museum, the Memphis Music Hall of Fame, the Blues Hall of Fame Museum and the highly acclaimed National Civil Rights Museum.

In addition to the attractions listed above, your package includes airfare from LAX to Nashville, returning from Memphis to LAX and a rental car for seven days.

This Rock and Roll Roots Tour expires December 31, 2020.
