Blue Ridge Station contains 15 private loft homes. Each is two-bedroom, two-bath and designed to connect residents with the community while offering the best of loft living. Your loft will come with two assigned parking spaces in our well-lighted lot to the rear of the building. Further security included restricted access to the upper levels. Each unit is provided with private trash receptacles and a large amount landscaping with dog walk area for residents use.

The 10-foot high finished lofts offer generous amounts of natural light against the light warm hues of the interior color palette and rich hardwood floors. A large outdoor balcony overlooks the street and railway below. The kitchens are detailed with fine wood cabinetry, a large farm-style sink, and quartz countertops.
