This is a 30-minute call with a current ULI Foundation Board Member, Mr. Jeffrey L. Swope. He will call you for advice, coaching or a mentoring session and share his experiences as a longtime ULI member.

Mr. Swope is the Founder of Champion Partners Ltd and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner since 1991. Mr. Swope is also the Co-Founder at Champion Private Equity, Ltd. in 2011. In 1980, Mr. Swope was one of the Co-Founders at Centre Development Co., Inc., and served as Partner-in-charge of industrial and land development.

Mr. Swope has been an Independent Director of Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. since October 14, 2008. His professional accomplishments have included being the Founding Chairman of the Real Estate Council, President of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Founding Chairman of the Real Estate and Finance Center at The University of Texas at Austin. He served as Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Swope was recognized as a Hall of Fame Member of the Dallas Board of Realtors. He also serves on the University of Texas at Austin Business School Advisory Board and as a Trustee of the Business School Foundation at the University.
