Youth sports overuse injuries have risen exponentially over the last 15 years. Join sports performance training & speed specialists Ron Munvez and Brian Lyons for a 90-minute youth specific performance and injury prevention clinic that will improve speed, agility, & quickness on the court or field of play. Clinic will include warmups, performance and movement assessments, along with age appropriate strength & power training. Ron and Brian are certified youth speed and fitness specialists, and each have over 20 years of experience coaching youth athletes.
