You are bidding on an opportunity to have a day of focused financial literacy education for your child's entire classroom!

Junior Achievement (JA) is a volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade program that fosters work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and uses experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential.

In Orange County this program is typically funded by corporation donations and the materials are taught by a finance professional with the teacher present in the classroom. This donation is for one classroom and is being made by a board member of JA Orange County for the winning bidders' entire class, date to be determined by the teacher.

JA is a global organization that is over 100 years old. A small sample of local organizations who donate and volunteer through JA include: Wells Fargo, Pacific Life Insurance, Co, Ernst & Young, Rutan & Tucker, Orange County Business Journal, Orange County Department of Education, and Bank of the West.

The value of the JA day is $750 per classroom.

Consider bidding as a group of parents to cover the class.
