I'm often asked what exactly a coach does and the best analogy is that of an athletic coach. The coach observes the players from the side line, identifying strengths and how to best use them. The coach also spots gaps that create challenges and hold the team back.

Using a unique vantage point, and a desire to only see the team play their very best, the coach is able to draw on strengths, develop strategies, and implement tactics that build a successful future.

I don't believe you are broken - I do believe the answers are already within you- you just need someone to ask the right questions to help you unlock your truth. While there are lessons to be learned from the past, as a coach, I am most interested in where you are going!
