We all long for our children to blossom into the amazing people they were born to be! The environment we create, how we respond to mistakes, disappointments, frustrations and joys will all help shape their view of the world.

One of my favorite things to do is to work one-on-one with clients. It's an opportunity to dive deeply into the challenges and come out with specific practical solutions. It's a more intimate setting than a group class, which allows for a greater vulnerability and openness. I love to support people in their growth, both personally and in their parenting journey.

Sarah Straton teaches tools for effective communication and enhanced relationships based on the latest in social science and brain research. A Certified Parent Educator through Echo Parenting & Education, she works with families, schools and sporting organizations to create optimal environments for growing, learning, performing and relating. Sarah holds an honors degree in Exercise Science and spent 15 years as a professional beach volleyball player, including representing her home country of Australia in the Sydney Olympic Games.

Sarah lives in Los Angeles with her husband, son and daughter, from whom she receives her most profound education.
