Be part of a group of twelve for dinner at the Hoffman's house on the banks of the Navesink River. The meal will be based on Lynne Rossetto Kasper's "How to Eat Supper." The menu has not been fully decided, but might include dishes such as South of France Tomato Soup with Young Chèvre, Salmon Roast with Garlic Shavings and Basil on Fresh Greens or Pork Tenderloin Roast with Black Olives and Orange, Butter Steamed Leeks with Fresh Tarragon, Rustic Jam Shortbread Tart and Farmhouse Rosemary Panna Cotta. Festive wines will be served. 12 places
