Garden by the Sea is located in the quiet NJ shore town of Cape May Point, one block from a beach entrance at the end of the street. The location is a nice bike ride from the Lighthouse and State Park, and flag lowering ceremony at Sunset Beach. Many activities and excellent dining options are offered by the city of Cape May which is a short (7-10 min) drive away.

Bedrooms are all located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed; bedroom 2 has twin beds, and the master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The master bath is equipped with a stall shower while a full bath is also provided on this floor. The screened porch overlooks the manicured back yard with outdoor shower and gas grill. Upstairs offers an open living space with a sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen cable TV including a blue ray/DVD player. The dining area seats 6 at the table with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. A powder room is provided on the 2nd floor.
