Fran's cottage is well equipped with most everything you'll need for a fun stay in Grass Valley. All sheets, towels and bedding are well stocked. The kitchen has all the major appliances you'll need. Just a quick trip to the local grocery store and you'll be set! This two bedroom two bath cottage can comfortably sleep 4 in two twin beds and one queen.

The back deck gets eastern exposure, so sunrise coffee with the birds is a beautiful way to start the day and a great way to relax in the evenings.

The cottage is just minutes from historic downtown Grass Valley. Unique and charming shops, restaurants, tap houses, theaters, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. Biking, swimming, skiing and hiking are all within a short drive.

There is off street parking for 1 large car or two mid to small cars in the driveway. On street parking is also available.

This stay stay also includes a BBQ Dinner for four or a Gourmet dinner for two hosted by William Williams a chef with over 20 years culinary experience.

Arrangements for dinner must be made one week prior to arrival for your stay and can be made with the Cottage host.
