Savor authentic Paella cooked with great showmanship and passion, in a massive 60" diameter pan over a fire, by St. Mike's own, Alejandro Tribin. Delicious Spanish hors d'oeuvres will be served, including fresh Manchego on a charcuterie and cheese plate sampler, Spanish croquetas and bacon wrapped dates. Your meal will be prepared (outside) and served in the comfort of your own home. Enjoy these delicious smells as you sip your Asturian Red Sangria and visit with friends.

Alejandro has been preparing Paellas since he was 15 years old. His passion for Spanish cuisine is engraved in his DNA, as since his grandmother was from the Basque Country. Although these are not her recipes, Alejandro learned how to make paellas and tapas primarily through the Spanish Executive Chef at his parents Spanish Restaurant in Colombia. When he moved to Miami, he had a small Spanish Catering company, then moved to Chicago and opened it again where it operated for another four years.

PAELLA

Paella Valenciana (Valencia Rice Paella)

Al dente bomba rice prepared with a succulent combination of chicken, pork and Shrimp. Garnished with vegetables (green and red bell peppers, onions, garlic, green beans, sweet peas, roasted piquillo peppers and lemon wedges).

OR

Paella Marinera (Seafood paella)

Also known as the "fisherman's paella" This is a seafood lover's dream. Prepared only with the freshest sea bass, calamari, prawns, mussels and clams, slowly cooked in fish broth and garnished with vegetables (green and red bell peppers, onions, garlic, green beans, sweet peas, roasted piquillo peppers and lemon wedges).

- Charcuterie and cheese plate Sampler (Serrano ham, Tetilla, Manchego and Sheep)
