Description: This piece incorporates the entire passage of the Book of Numbers, the fourth book of the Tanakh or otherwise known as Pentateuch. The theme of the story is about the divine human relationship through covenants and about accountability.

This piece is a member of Nerissa Balland's "Empath Series." Each piece is created from a hamsa hand silhouette to showcase beauty, vibrancy, and imperfections. The hamsa hand is the signature that symbolizes protection and supreme power. Nerissa Balland's hamsa portrait (3b) represents a personal journey of struggles and covenants that visually explore faith, holiness, and trust. The sides of this piece were wrapped (2x) with the wording of the hamsa prayer and is not intended to be framed and is ready to hang.
