Krista Jack, M.S. is a Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Time Line Therapy TM Practitioner, Certified NLP Life Coach, Certified HeartMath Trainer, Reiki Master, and Level 2 Biomagnetic Practitioner. She presented at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2018 on "Using Hypnosis to Reprogram Your Life." Krista has consulted with over 500 executives in her private practice and has over 20 years of experience as an environmental scientist. In this role, she focuses on complex environmental cleanup operations and disaster mitigation and recovery efforts across the US, serving major corporate and government clients. She resides in Austin with her two children.

Richard Pankhurst, BEc (Hons), MBA is a Partner at PwC. He has over 23 years' experience advising and mentoring and leading Executives and Boards through mission critical, large scale organizational transformation programs in the US, Asia and Australasia. In addition to his extensive client work, he also has deep experience designing, building and operating service businesses. He has established market strategy and plans, designed organizations, set compensation, recruited, mentored, coached, and improved overall performance. He was involved in a near-fatal and life-changing ski accident in 2017 and is writing a book on the experience. He was born in Australia and lives in Austin.
