Megan Hustel
5th Season

"Ballet Arkansas's 40th anniversary season is sure to be our best one yet! Each show we are presenting is so unique and diverse in its programming, there is something for everyone! I'm especially excited for all of the classical repertoire we are doing this season!"

Megan Hustel is from Carmel, Indiana. She began her pre-professional training with Suzann DeLay at the Central Indiana Academy of Dance. She then went on to earn her BFA in Ballet Performance from the Department of Ballet at the University of Utah. There, Megan was a member of Utah Ballet and Ballet Ensemble where she performed in various contemporary works and classical ballets. Since joining Ballet Arkansas, Megan has performed Principal roles in Balanchine's Who Cares? and Glinka Pas de Trois, "Habit" pas de deux in Harrison McEldowney's Group Therapy, "Hurt" Soloist in Under the Lights choreographed by Chris Stuart, Stabat Mater by Mariana Olivera, and leading roles in Michael Fothergill's Big Bands and Ballet, Chiaroscuro, and Ink. She has also performed Principal Roles in La Esmeralda, Sleeping Beauty, Paquita, Raymonda, and The Nutcracker. Megan is returning to Ballet Arkansas for her fifth season.
