Located within Rum Point on the north coast of Grand Cayman Island, this extremely private, gated-community villa is built right on the beachfront. White sand, crystal clear water, and an endless ocean view await at Villa Tarasand. With four luxurious bedrooms and a wealth of outdoor space, Tarasand is perfect for a family getaway or vacation with friends.

Tarasand's massive open concept main floor is ideal for hosting. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all beautifully integrated while maintaining their own unique characteristics. High vaulted ceilings, white walls, and fully windowed ocean facing walls ensure the grand room is always bright with natural sunlight and overflowing with fresh ocean air.

Finding serenity at Tarasand is simple. The villa is equipped with all of the luxuries of home, including air-conditioning, so all you have to worry about is which hammock you'd like to nap in. Outside you'll find paradise, just four steps down from the living room and you're on the beach. Lush green vegetation, sun loungers, outdoor living areas, and a balcony are just outside your back door.

If you're interested in scuba diving or other water sports, walk over to Rum Point. They've also got great restaurants and the Kaibo Yacht Club. Daily trips to the Stingray Sandbar leave from Rum Point dock, and beach watersports are provided by Red Sail Sports.

Rum Point is famous for its invention of the mudslide, so no visit to Rum Point is complete without sampling this delicious cocktail.
