When you open the front door, you'll immediately see the beautiful character of this 4-bedroom, 2 bath lake house. It has been completely remodeled.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook anything on the menu. With granite counter tops and stainless appliances; it's a chefs dream. Overlooking the lake and located between the dining room and the sun room it's right in the middle of the action. It opens into a massive dining room with seating for 10. The dining room has its own wood burning fireplace.

The sun room is a cozy place to watch tv, read a book or just look out at the lake. If you want to get even closer to nature you can walk out onto the huge deck off the sunroom. We regularly see deer fox and hundreds of species of birds. The sound of nature can be hypnotic. There is a propane grill on the deck and fire pit on the deck for those cool nights. There is a table with seating for 6 and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bath. The bath is beautifully tiled with a large shower. There is plenty of storage for everything you bring with you.

The three other bedrooms have queen size beds and are furnished with a ton of character. All have closets and plenty of storage for everything you bring with you.

The house is walking distance from Alligator II Marina. The marina has rental boats and jet skis. There is fuel, a store, and a restaurant as well. Stevens stripper guide service works out of the marina too. It's about 20 minutes from Russell Springs or a short boat ride to fish tails restaurant at Wolf Creek Marina

There is plenty of room to park your boat at the house or you can rent an overnight slip at the Marina.
