Amanda grew up on the Gulf Coast of South Texas fueled by traditional, authentic Mexican food, grilled meats, fresh seafood and her greatest influence - her Mother's cooking. Amanda takes pride in her "Texachusetts" flavors that combine Mexican dishes with local New England ingredients.
