Creative, captivating and energetic fitness master oriented towards planning the work and working the plan. Lisa has been in the fitness world for over 40 years personally and over 10 years professionally. She has accumulated knowledge and experience along this journey in the following areas:

1. ACE certified personal trainer (American Council on Exercise)

2. YA certified yoga instructor (200 hour Yoga alliance)

3. RRCA certified running coach (Road Runners Coaches of America)

4. TP certified product instructor (Trigger Point )

5. FMA certification (Functional Movement Assessment)

Over the last 3 ½ decades, Lisa has blended her corporate background with IBM and MBA in International Business with physical fitness. She has spent her time developing her passion via being the Wellness Diva plus working on the following:

1. Coaching soccer and runners

2. Volunteering for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society

3. Volunteering for the Georgia 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer

4. Accomplishing a personal goal of running a 50 mile race

Clients range in fitness levels, ages and goals. Workouts range from one-on-one to custom classes. Lisa provides motivation, structure, ideas, support and accountability. Friends have become clients and clients have become friends!
