Newly constructed in 2016 has 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, ocean view, private pool
Your family will love this new home located on St. George Island and only a 2 minute walk to the 7th Street beach access. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 in beds. Two bedrooms contain queen beds, one bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom has bunk beds and a full size futon. This home features a fully stocked kitchen and seating for up to 10. From the covered back deck spanning the width of the home, you can enjoy meals on the outdoor patio table seating 6 as well as a separate comfortable lounge area for four. The back deck overlooks your private pool and has a beautiful view of the Gulf Beach and the sounds of the ocean waves. In 2018 we added a outdoor space downstairs by the pool. It offers covered (shaded) seating and outdoor dinning. Pool is equipped with 4 lounge chairs and two additional sun chairs. Also available for use is a sea kayak and SUP stand up paddle board along with the 5 beach chairs, wagon and beach supplies. Please do not leave on beach after 7 PM due to "sea turtle" ordinance. Bonfires are great on the beach in Fall and Spring but please be careful to clean up after fully extinguishing the fire.

It is only a short walk or bike ride to town, which features shops and restaurants for the entire family. On the East end of SGI there is a State Park that is approximately 5 miles long. Here you can enjoy a private walk on the beach or enjoy fishing in the bay. There are also boat ramps. SGI is a quaint Island Community without the crowds and pompousness of PC Beach or the 30A panhandle beaches.
