Support EFWorks Services

Help provide EFWorks with the support to change the life of a person living with epilepsy by connecting them to long-term employment.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia (EFGA), with sponsorship from UCB, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company with operations in Smyrna, Georgia, launched the EFWorks program in 2017. EF Works is a specialized vocational rehabilitation program specifically targeted to Georgians living with epilepsy who are seeking employment.

The mission of EFWorks is to provide a full range of employment services for persons living with epilepsy and seizure disorders. The staff at EFWorks is dedicated to assisting these individuals to locate and maintain meaningful employment by:

• Improving employer knowledge of and intent to hire qualified workers with epilepsy and seizure disorders.
• Establishing a registry of qualified workers with epilepsy and seizure disorders with EFWorks.
• Engaging the Atlanta business community to promote the hiring of qualified workers with epilepsy and seizure disorders.

Your pledge of $750 will help cover the costs associated with the client intake process and all necessary evaluation and assessments.
