Welcome to the first annual Hamilton Pub Olympics 2019. Join us for a "grueling' eight-event gauntlet that will test physical mettle and mental resolve. The day's goal is to ascertain the Hamilton community's best all-around athlete. The day's winner must possess the requisite speed, strength, agility. The three top finishers on the day will take home some hardware. Do you have what it takes to win?
Four of the events you already know well; air hockey, bowling, foosball, and pinball. Of the other four events, you may never have heard of Klask or Suspend (but you will probably buy those games on Amazon before our day is through)! The remaining two mystery games will be revealed on the day of our event.
We will be combining two different competition formats. Some competitions will feature a double-elimination bracket format with a blind draw for first round pairings. Other competitions will be "high score", meaning the highest score is awarded the most points and so on. More details to follow as the date nears. Our two showdown locations for the day will be Diversey Bowl and Emporium Logan Square.
